Complaint Procedure

We regret if you have a complaint about our provided service. Therefore, we politely like you to request to inform us about your complaint so we can improve our service and prevent the same situation in the future. Would you be so kind to address your complaint via e-mail, phone or mail clearly explaining your experience with us?

You will receive within 36 hours an acknowledgement receipt after receiving your complaint. We will make sure to seriously look at your complaint in confidence and try to solve it for all parties involved within 14 days after receipt. We will inform you within those 14 days if we need more time to respond stating also the additional time needed to respond. .

If, in your opinion, the complaint is not solved properly, which we would regret of course, you have the option to appeal at an independent appeal body, represented by Mr. H. Dikhooff, who can further assist you. His judgement will be binding for Cruise Flight Academy, and the outcome will be adequately and quickly taken care of by Cruise Flight Academy.

We will make sure to archive all complaints for a period of at least 3 years.
